Early Career Speech Pathologist Mentoring Circle

Starting your career as a speech pathologist can be exciting, but it can also feel challenging and isolating at times. The Early Career Speech Pathologist Mentoring Circle provides a supportive space where clinicians can connect, reflect on their practice, and grow in confidence alongside peers.

This small-group mentoring program brings early career clinicians together with 2 experienced speech pathologists to discuss real-world clinical situations, share insights, and strengthen professional skills.

What is a Mentoring Circle?

A mentoring circle is a small group learning and support community. Instead of a traditional one-to-one mentoring model, participants learn collaboratively through guided discussion, shared experiences, and peer support.

Each session is facilitated by an experienced speech pathologist who helps guide conversation, encourage reflection, and connect discussion to evidence-based practice.
